We’ve reinvented the process of maturation, questioning convention to craft whiskeys of distinction. Unlike other companies, we add water before maturation and bottle at cask strength.
We use only the finest barrels, and under-fill them to allow maturation to begin at once. We release the whiskey when it is perfect rather than waiting for an age statement.
By disrupting tradition, The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. has crafted multiple award-winning whiskeys, collaborated with world-renowned partners, Michelin Guide and Fabergé, and has broken the record for the most expensive whiskey in the world, all within three years.
